With over 140 staff in 4 offices (and a 5th on its way) AdType covers everything from media buying, branding and creative services to digital marketing and campaign management and telemarketing strategy and operations.

Josh’s professional career began at Google, soon after finishing his studies in New York where he completed his Doctorate. He always had a passion for business and management and he has always been an entrepreneur. At AdType, he makes sure that all our amazing clients are well taken care of and that all teams are performing and delivering better results day after day. If Josh is not at the office you can find him running around Central Park (NY), Regents Park (London) or Retiro Park (Madrid)… depending on which office he’s working from!

Alex is our Country Director for Spain. He holds a Business Administration and Management degree but started in business when he was 16 years old. At 29, and after having managed more than 1,000 agents as Head of Direct Sales for major brands, he puts all his experience and knowledge at the service of AdType. Alex is an Excel wizard, a Rubik’s cube fan and is passionate about new technologies.

While studying Management at Edinburgh’s Heriot Watt, Alessandro already had a startup that designed a Street View-like system. He has always looked into web marketing, technology, home automation and music. He is in charge of Adtype Italia: Making sure that the work within the team runs smoothly, focusing on customer needs and on the continuous innovation of the industry in which we operate. Alessandro loves boats! And he loves listening to music with his hi-end system and going to see the classical works.

Faraz is our UK director. His interest in digital marketing was sparked shortly after his degree in Structural Engineering. He started working in an agency and within three months he went from an entry level role to a managerial position! At AdType, he devises and implements global digital marketing campaigns for our clients, with a focus on strategy, optimisation and scaling. Even though he loves his job, he still has time to read, take courses on business and marketing, travel, and drive really fast cars.

Stephen hails from the north of England but has spent more of his life in Oxford, Cambridge and Boston than anywhere else. He now divides his time between Madrid and London, where he obsesses over midcentury furniture, bare bricks and singer-songwriters. For AdType he works on strategy, technology and content with international clients.

Miguel is a senior software developer and expert solutions architect who also specializes in Application Performance Monitoring (APM). After working as a consultant for many large companies in the private and public sectors, he decided it was time to put all his expertise to the test at AdType, where he is head of the development team and carefully designs the architecture for AdType’s software projects. Miguel is passionate about new technologies and loves to tinker with them in order to build innovative applications that help make people’s lives easier and companies’ operations more efficient.

After graduating from three years in computer engineering, Francesca faced her first work experience as a frontend web developer. This first approach to web programming immediately made her fall in love. She is a full stack web developer and she takes care, in dynamic and versatile ways, of the creation, management and maintenance of web platforms, to best handle the everyday problems of customers. Francesca is currently delighted to be learning to play the ukulele. She loves music, cooking and spending time with friends.

When Gabriele finished his studies, he started working in the digital world and founded a web agency. He worked as a account manager and afterwards started defining digital strategies by implementing PPC campaigns. At AdType, his focus is on analysing and studying our clients’ markets, keywords, and competitors. His goal is to develop and manage successful PPC campaigns. Gabriele loves basketball, the sea, traveling and he’s a fan of TV series, especially Game of Thrones.

Giovanni studied Computer Science and Technology and has always worked on the development of web applications and web sites. At AdType, he works on software development for the web, using the latest technologies to get reliable and quality products. Fascinated by technology, he constantly keeps up to date with new products. In his free time, Giovanni enjoys cooking while listening to good music.

For several years Federico has pursued his entrepreneurial activity in the digital world, keeping himself constantly updated. He was interested in customer management and the definition of marketing strategies. At AdType, he has the task of understanding the customer needs, by partnering with them from day one, defining the goals and the best strategy for the success of his business. Federico loves running, gets him in a good mood. Climbing Mount Etna and reaching its top is among the most beautiful emotions that exist.

Fabio studied Corporate and Management Economics and worked as a Social Media Manager, caring for PPC campaigns for businesses in various industries. He constantly updates his knowledge by participating in Marketing Courses and Events. That helps to guarantee a high ROI to our customers, through PPC campaign management and careful data analysis, and an improvement to their business, through targeted marketing campaigns. For leisure, he enjoys going to the gym, jogging, reading blogs and technology magazines. Fabio does not refuse a good gin.

José studied Telematics Engineering and went deep into the world of internet, founding his first blog more than 5 years ago. At AdType, he takes care of the SEO department, making all customers web positioning web as profitable as possible, in a short period of time. In his free time he researches new tendencies, methods and techniques, creating new web projects and playing paddle, his favourite sport.

Emily has always played roles focused on communication and people’s needs. She likes to analyse everything and find the best solutions to achieve results. That’s why she work with SEO. She spend her days working on optimization, link building, data analysis and searching for new ideas to improve websites and ecommerce pages. She believes that Google’s first page is like a pair of aces that we should fully exploit. Besides all that, Emily loves reading, writing, talking, travelling, learning new things and surprising herself from time to time. She will never leave her computer… and she’s proud of it.

Since Nikhil graduated in psychology, he divides his time between digital marketing and mental health charities. He is with us from the beginning, doing a little bit of everything – SEO analysis, off page SEO, content quality control, writing reports, a bit of PPC … When he is not working, Nikhil travels around England playing badminton and training a club of young players.

Margarida holds a degree in Sociology and has experience in different positions within the world of Contact Centers. At AdType, she supervises the commercial part of the agency, while she’s responsible for the operations in the Contact Center. In addition, she designs and implements new reports, always looking for optimization, and launches new services. She is passionate about music and spends a lot of time in her village. Margarida never runs from a challenge in Excel, especially when working in a team.

Soraya studied Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resources. At AdType, she works precisely in that department, interviewing candidates, managing documentation and providing all necessary assistance.
